Tall, Physical WR with Proven HS Pedigree but Limited College Impact
At 6-3, 210 lbs, Stephen Halusan stands out with his size and physicality as a freshman WR for Illinois State Redbirds, boasting elite high school stats (45 catches, 847 yards, 9 TDs senior year at Eisenhower HS) and early accolades like MVFC Newcomer of the Week[1]. However, college production is minimal—saw action in just two games in 2019, redshirted 2018, and missed 2021 spring due to injury[2]—highlighting resilience amid setbacks. His big frame and dominating HS intensity make him a potential red-zone mismatch, ideal for teams needing a developmental possession receiver with upside.
