Clutch Scoring Dynamo from Purdue Fort Wayne's 2015 Summit League Days
Rachel Rinehart, the explosive guard for Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, erupted for a game-high 22 points (21 in the first half) in a thrilling 82-75 upset win over Denver on Jan. 24, 2015, earning Summit League Player of the Week honors on Dec. 29, 2014; her clutch shooting (part of IPFW's 46% FG) and relentless intensity make her a differentiator in high-stakes games. Now years post-college (last played 2016-17), her proven scoring prowess, steals (season-high 6), and academic excellence suggest a mature, high-IQ leader—perfect fit for teams needing fiery perimeter spark without the drama.
