Christian Smith brings middle-of-the-order pop and high-end all-around value for High Point
In the 2026 season, Christian Smith entered the year as a preseason all-conference outfielder after a 2025 breakout in which he hit .321 with 15 home runs, 62 RBIs, a 1.080 OPS, and a perfect 8-for-8 on stolen bases. He’s more than a bat: High Point also credited him with a .988 fielding percentage in left field and a SportsCenter Top 10 home-run robbery, which speaks to real closing speed and athletic instincts. If you want a proven impact outfielder who can hit for power, run, and defend, he’s a very strong fit.
