a physical, tackle-first linebacker with SEC-level toughness
McCauley projects as a **reliable, downhill linebacker** whose value comes from physicality, run-stopping presence, and the kind of edge coaches love in the middle of a defense. Publicly available roster data for Southeast Missouri State does not provide a detailed stat line for him, so the clearest takeaway is role-based: he fits best as an **intensity player** who can help set the tone, not just fill space. If your team wants a linebacker with toughness, discipline, and contact readiness, he’s the type worth a closer look.
