Veteran fullback depth piece with high-character value for NDSU
Luke Waters is a 6-foot, 232-pound fullback whose biggest value for North Dakota State has been reliability, depth, and the kind of blue-collar profile coaches love. In the 2022 season, he played in 11 of 15 games, provided depth at fullback, and was part of an NDSU rushing attack that ranked No. 4 in FCS and led the MVFC with 265.7 rushing yards per game. He also earned MVFC academic honors, which reinforces the steady, team-first reputation that makes him a fit for physical, assignment-sound football.
