Versatile LB with Punt-Return Flair from UCA to UTEP
Kamane Thomas, a dynamic outside linebacker for the Central Arkansas Bears transitioning to UTEP Miners, dazzles as an all-purpose weapon—led UTEP in 2024 with 871 all-purpose yards (96.8 ypg, 5th in CUSA) highlighted by elite punt returning (10 returns, 200 yards, 93-yard TD). Previously at Austin Peay in 2023, he posted 50 catches for 629 yards/5 TDs plus 78 rushing yards/1 TD in 12 games. His explosive speed, ball skills, and special teams intensity make him a game-changer; perfect fit for teams needing versatile, high-energy defenders who flip fields.
