Oregon State’s do-it-all forward who filled the stat sheet and the hype
Tres Tinkle was the definition of a high-usage, high-impact college forward for Oregon State, finishing his career as the Beavers’ all-time scoring leader with 2,233 points and ranking near the top of the program’s record book in rebounds, free throws, assists, and steals.[1][5] In his 2019-20 season, he averaged 18.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.7 steals, showing a rare blend of scoring, playmaking, and defensive activity from the frontcourt.[1][10] Why care? He brought toughness, versatility, and veteran poise—plus enough shot-making to be a focal point, not just a finisher.[1][14]
