Big-body forward with efficient, low-usage impact
Kiana Montgomery is a 6-1 forward for Jacksonville State whose game is built on size, physicality, and simple efficiency rather than high-volume scoring. In the 2022-23 season, she appeared in 14 games and averaged 1.5 points and 1.6 rebounds in 7.4 minutes, while shooting 38.1% from the field and making all five of her free throws; she also ranked third on the team with seven blocks. That profile says “rim help, rebound, and make opponents work,” which can matter more than box-score flash if a team needs toughness and interior depth.
