seasoned South Carolina State guard known for timely scoring punch
Mykala Jones has been a proven backcourt contributor for South Carolina State, with archived game notes showing she regularly supplied double-digit scoring and perimeter shooting in the 2013-14 season, including 11 points in a February 2014 game and 10.8 points per game in a Bethune-Cookman preview. Her calling card is guard scoring and shot-making more than flashy volume, and the older coverage suggests a player coaches could trust for experience, poise, and steady production. The catch: the available public data is historical, so there isn’t reliable current-season performance to judge from here.
