Physical frontcourt piece with defensive upside and international experience
Nyauchi profiles as a sturdy 6-foot-2 forward/center who brings rim protection, rebounding, and a team-first motor to UIC; in the 2018-19 season, she appeared in 12 games, made one start, and had a game with four rebounds and two blocks, which points to her value as a hustle-big rather than a high-usage scorer[1]. Her background with Zimbabwe’s youth national teams and three-language fluency adds a polished, worldly edge, while her track record suggests a fit for a roster that needs toughness, size, and defensive energy more than offense[1].
