Tony Moses brings Penn a versatile, playmaking defensive back with proven ball skills
Tony Moses has shown he can be trusted on the field, appearing in all but two games over his last two seasons at Penn and producing a standout 2008 line of 13 tackles, a tackle for loss, a pass breakup, and his first career interception. His differentiators are reliability, tackling consistency, and the ability to create a turnover when the opportunity is there, which matters for a defensive back who has to stay composed in space. If you need a steady, assignment-sound DB with some playmaking upside, he fits that profile well.
