Southern Miss RHP Olivia Christian brings elite pedigree and bat-missing upside
Christian is a highly regarded right-handed pitcher whose profile has already drawn national recognition, including a No. 40 overall ranking from Extra Inning Elite, and she showed freshman-year flashes at Southern Miss in 2025 with 13 strikeouts in 25 innings over 14 appearances. Her game stands out for pedigree, competitiveness, and the upside that comes from being a ranked arm rather than a stat-only pitcher; the current numbers are still developing, but the strikeout ability hints at real rotational value. If you want a young pitcher with room to grow into a dependable SEC-level-style contributor, she is worth a close look.
