Defensive-Focused Forward with High-Intensity Presence for South Dakota
Brady Heiman, a 6-10 forward for the South Dakota Coyotes, is defined by his high-intensity defensive mindset and shot-blocking potential rather than scoring volume, averaging 1.6 PPG and 1.7 RPG with 0.6 BPG in the 2021 season. His differentiator is his elite high school pedigree (13.2 PPG, 10.2 RPG, 7.7 BPG as a sophomore) and a 2-star prospect rating that translates to relentless effort on the glass. While his college stats are modest due to limited minutes (10.7 MPG), his personality traits of grit and a 47.8% FG% show he's a reliable, low-risk fit for teams needing defensive depth and rebounding intensity without injury concerns.
