Taylor Holmes brings veteran linebacker grit to HCU's front seven
Taylor Holmes is listed as a linebacker for Houston Christian and appears to be a long-tenured, experienced presence on the roster, which usually matters more than flashy box-score noise at LB. His differentiators look to be experience, size, and steadiness rather than headline-grabbing production; at 6-foot-2 and around 218-220 pounds in roster listings, he has the frame to play downhill, take on blocks, and bring a physical edge. The key question for any team is fit: if you want an assignment-sound, mature linebacker who can help stabilize a defense, Holmes is the kind of player worth a serious look.
