historic Holy Cross guard, but not a current 2026 Crusaders player
Alex Smith is a former Holy Cross guard, not an active men’s basketball player in 2026; Holy Cross’s record points to the women’s basketball standout who became a four-time starter, three-time first-team All-Patriot League pick, and the Patriot League’s all-time three-point leader with 349 made threes. Her game was built on high-volume shot-making, playmaking, and toughness—she led Holy Cross in assists three times and in scoring as a junior, making her the kind of guard who changes a team’s spacing and late-game confidence. If you need a current Holy Cross backcourt fit, this profile is historical rather than live.
