Matt Stroshine brings old-school Weber State toughness at linebacker
Matt Stroshine is listed in Weber State’s football stats, but the available team pages don’t surface a detailed current-season stat line for him, so the clearest takeaway is profile-based: he fits the Wildcats’ linebacker mold if you want physicality, discipline, and special-teams-ready grit. Weber State’s linebacker room is coached by Tanner Jacobson, which points to a system that values assignment soundness and toughness over freelancing. If you’re shopping for a defender who can add edge, play with intensity, and buy into a hard-nosed culture, Stroshine is the kind of fit that makes sense.
