Indiana State K Braulio Martinez: Reliable legs, limited ceiling, but real value in short-to-midrange situations
Martinez has shown he can handle pressure moments for Indiana State, with a career highlight coming on a 44-yard make and a perfect extra-point record in the season referenced by the roster bio; that said, his field-goal consistency has been uneven, including a 4-of-7 mark in that same season and an ESPN-listed career field-goal rate of 47.4%. [5][4] He looks like a specialist whose value comes from steadiness on extra points and the ability to hit from manageable distance, so he makes sense for a team needing a dependable kicker rather than a high-volume, long-range weapon.
