Melissa Williams brings efficient frontcourt production and veteran stability to Southeastern Louisiana
Williams is a 6-foot-1 forward whose value comes from steady interior work, rebounding, and experience, giving Southeastern Louisiana a reliable presence on the glass and in the paint. In the 2025-26 season, her stat line has been modest offensively, but she still profiles as a useful fit for teams that want a physical, low-drama frontcourt player who can do the dirty work, defend, and complement higher-usage scorers. Her long track record suggests dependable fundamentals more than flash, which is exactly the kind of role fit coaches like when they need consistency.
