Louisiana Tech freshman DB Justin Thomas is an active, 5'11", 165-pound depth piece with upside
In the 2026 season, Justin Thomas is listed as a true freshman defensive back for Louisiana Tech, wearing No. 43 and checking in at 5'11", 165 pounds with hometown roots in Blanchard, Louisiana[1][2]. The available profiles do not show game statistics yet, which usually means he is still early in his college career, but his frame and DB profile suggest speed, agility, and developmental upside in coverage[1][3]. If a team wants a young, local, low-mileage defender to mold, he looks like a reasonable bet—though he is more project than proven producer right now[1][2].
