Freshman OF with .333 AVG and Elite Exit Velocity for St. Thomas
Evan Raabe, a 6'2" freshman outfielder for the St. Thomas-Minnesota Tommies, is currently batting .333 in the 2026 season with 10 hits and 4 RBI, ranking third on his team in average[2][3]. His standout differentiator is his raw power, evidenced by a max exit velocity of 79.2 mph and a power score of 84.8 from his prep days, suggesting he can drive the ball with intensity even as a developing freshman[6]. Raabe bats left-handed and throws right, offering a versatile profile for lineup construction, though he has struggled against left-handed pitching (0.000 AVG vs. Left)[8]. With a high-intensity playing style and a clean injury history, he is a promising fit for teams needing a power-hitting outfielder with room to grow, especially given his strong performance in 16 games with 4 starts[5].
