Michael Crawford brings experience and disruption to Hampton’s secondary
Michael Crawford is an intriguing Hampton DB because the available info points to a player with proven production, physicality, and game-changing upside rather than just empty athleticism. In the 2023 season at Loras, he played in all 10 games and posted 49 catches for 550 yards and 6 touchdowns as a wide receiver, which suggests strong ball skills and versatility that can translate well to defensive back play if that is his current role.[1] The key fit question is whether Hampton wants a tough, playmaking defender who can leverage instincts and hands, not just raw speed.
