Kienen Gaskin brings depth and special-teams value to Kansas State’s linebacker room
Kienen Gaskin is a Kansas State linebacker whose current value appears to be in reliable depth and special-teams play, as he saw action in 10 games in 2021 primarily on kickoff coverage while also getting reserve snaps at linebacker. His differentiator is versatility and willingness to do the dirty work rather than chase headlines—traits coaches tend to trust in a physical, assignment-driven defense. Based on the available roster data, he profiles as a steady fit for teams needing effort, coverage toughness, and backup LB support rather than a high-volume stat producer.
