Marist Red Foxes DL Dominator with Elite Tackles-for-Loss Intensity
Jacob Abill, a red-shirt junior defensive end for the Marist Red Foxes, is a high-intensity DL standout who started all 10 games in the 2021 season, recording 44 tackles (16 solo), 8 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks, making him second on the team in both key categories[6]. His differentiator is relentless pressure and a 'stat leader' mindset, evidenced by his high school ranking in the top 38 of North Jersey Super-Liberty Red for total tackles (25)[2]. Unlike average defenders, Abill plays with a fierce, personality-driven intensity that disrupts first downs consistently, and his red-shirt status suggests he has fully recovered from any prior injury history to be battle-ready. He is an ideal fit for teams needing a DL who doesn't just show up but dominates with 8 tackles for loss in a single season, proving he's a good fit for any roster seeking elite disruption and leadership[6].
