Young Howard linebacker with upside as a disruptive tackler
Norman Smith is a sophomore linebacker for Howard who profiles as a developing defender with room to grow into a bigger role; publicly available team/roster sources confirm his position and class, but do not provide enough verified stat detail to make a strong production-based read. For a roster fit, he is worth watching if you want a linebacker with developmental upside, physicality, and special-teams potential, but the current public data is too thin to credibly call him a proven impact player yet.
