Tainoisouti Lott brought old-school frontcourt grit and a scorer’s touch to UC Riverside
In the 2008 season, Lott was a physical F/C who flashed real two-way value: she dropped a career-best 27 points and 13 rebounds in a Big West Player of the Week performance, then followed it with 14 points in a conference win. Her profile hints at a classic impact big—efficient around the rim, active on the glass, and capable of taking over a game when locked in. The clearest differentiator is tenacity: UC Riverside even noted her nickname was “T-Nasty,” which fits the edge she played with.
