Donte' Gordon gives Gardner-Webb a tackling tone-setter at linebacker
Donte' Gordon profiles as a reliable, physical LB whose value starts with finishing plays and stacking tackles; in Gardner-Webb’s roster notes, his 2024 output included a career-high 10 tackles in a game, showing he can handle heavy volume when trusted[1]. That kind of production suggests a linebacker who fits a defense needing urgency, toughness, and a consistent downhill presence more than splashy headline stats[1].
