Veteran Central Arkansas F/C with Proven Senior-Day Impact and 6-8 Size
Tanner Schmit is a 6-8, 220lb forward/center for Central Arkansas who closed his career as a senior in 2019 with meaningful contributions, including 37 combined points and 10 rebounds alongside teammates on Senior Day [9]. Over 35 games (5 starts) in the 2018-19 season, he averaged 4.4 points and 1.9 rebounds per game, peaking with 11 points and 5 rebounds in a single outing [4]. His differentiators include veteran leadership, reliability in late-season moments, and a physical presence suited for interior defense and second-chance opportunities. While not a stat leader, Schmit’s intensity and team-first mentality make him a solid fit for programs valuing depth, experience, and defensive versatility over flashy scoring. Note: He is no longer active as of 2026, having graduated after the 2018-19 season [3][4].
