Mississippi State LB Turned Pro, Now Retired
Beniquez Brown, a gritty 6-0, 229-lb linebacker from Mississippi State, showcased high school all-state honors in Alabama and parlayed that into an undrafted free agent signing with the Green Bay Packers in 2016, plus stints in the AAF and XFL; his differentiator was relentless tackling intensity and versatility, but a pro career that fizzled by age 33 leaves him retired—solid depth piece for teams needing veteran savvy, though not a starter-level fit anymore.
