Howard LB Devyn Reid brings long-frame upside, but current 2026 production is hard to verify
Devyn Reid is listed as a Howard Bison linebacker and ESPN’s 2026 player page shows him wearing No. 54, but publicly available recent stat detail is thin, so his current performance is difficult to judge from box-score data alone[1]. The best read is profile-based: Reid’s 6-foot-3, 215-pound build from his Howard signing-era bio suggests a long, outside-linebacker type with range and hit power, the kind of defender who can fit a physical, downhill scheme[3]. If your team wants raw length and development upside, he’s intriguing; if you need proven production right now, the evidence is not yet obvious[1][2].
