Troy Blackwell brings rare interior size and line depth to Chattanooga
Blackwell is a **6-foot-7, 290-pound defensive lineman** who gives Chattanooga a big-body presence up front and the kind of frame that can disrupt blocking angles and add depth along the defensive line. His value is less about flashy stat lines and more about **size, leverage, and matchup stress**, which can matter a lot in short-yardage and run-defense situations. Because the available public data is limited, his broader on-field impact is harder to quantify, but the profile suggests a **role-player fit** for a team that wants length and rotational strength in the trench game.
