Jack Kent brings leadoff speed, steady bat-to-ball skills, and veteran polish to GW
In the 2026 season, George Washington outfielder Jack Kent was a dependable top-of-the-order spark, hitting .260 with 46 hits, 29 runs, 17 RBI, 9 stolen bases, and a team-leading 3.64 GPA to earn CSC Academic All-District honors. He also slotted into the leadoff role for much of the year and finished second in the Atlantic 10 in at-bats, which tells you the staff trusted him to set the tone every day. The fit is easy to see: contact ability, speed, versatility in the outfield, and a mature, high-baseball-IQ profile.
