Princeton’s relentless 6-2 forward with a leadership edge
Angela Groves is a Princeton forward whose value goes well beyond box scores: she arrived as a 6-foot-2 freshman from Hathaway Brown in Cleveland and was recognized for her leadership with the Tavis Smiley Foundation’s Youth in Action Award in 2008. Her early Princeton stat line was modest in the 2008-09 season, but the differentiator is her profile as a high-character, high-IQ team piece who fits a disciplined program and can bring size, maturity, and presence to a roster.
