Jesse Obert gives Dayton a reliable kicking insurance policy
Jesse Obert is a specialist kicker whose value is reliability and composure more than splashy volume; in Dayton’s program coverage, he’s described as a kicker who helps the Flyers score efficiently when drives stall. Publicly available recent roster/stat data is thin, so the best takeaway is fit: a steady, low-drama specialist can be a sneaky roster win for a team that wants dependable points, field-position discipline, and a calm leg under pressure.
