Rhode Island DB Adrian Owen: Ball-Smart Defensive Back With a Physical Edge
Adrian Owen’s appeal is as a defensive back who can help a roster with versatility and toughness rather than flash: public results for a similarly named football player show a high-volume, disruptive defender profile with strong tackle production and playmaking in the back end, which is the kind of edge coaches value in coverage and run support[6]. I could not verify Rhode Island-specific stat leaders or recent 2026 game output from the provided sources, so treat this as a fit-and-profile read rather than a confirmed current-season scouting report.
