compact, disruptive Villanova DL with proven backfield production
Anthony Malaguti is a 6-foot, 220-pound junior defensive lineman for Villanova who brings a blue-collar, high-motor edge and a knack for living in the backfield. In his 2014 season at Don Bosco Prep, he posted 96 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 3 sacks, and Villanova’s roster bio lists him as a DL with game experience. His profile suggests a disciplined, physical player who fits teams looking for effort, leverage, and disruption more than pure size. Good fit? Yes—especially for a defense that values toughness and consistency over flash.
