Temple’s reliable leg with game-winning poise
In the 2025 season, Stephen Josephson was Temple’s go-to kicker, making 18 of 22 field goals (82%) and drilling a game-winning 48-yarder, which says a lot about his clutch factor and confidence under pressure.[1] He profiles as a steady specialist rather than a flashy headline-grabber, with value coming from reliability in close games and the kind of calm temperament coaches love in late-game situations.[1][8]
