Tom Brown brings veteran OL experience and academic consistency to Butler
Tom Brown is a 6-foot-3 offensive lineman who earned time in Butler’s rotation and started three games in the 2016 season, showing the kind of dependable, developmental depth coaches love on the line[6]. He also made the PFL Academic Honor Roll in 2015, which hints at a disciplined, steady profile rather than a flashy stat-sheet presence[6]. The big selling point is reliability: Brown’s value is in assignment soundness, maturity, and depth for an offensive front that needs grown-man football, not highlight reels[2][6].
