Charleston Southern LB with Untapped Potential from HBCU Roots
Jarrod Jones, a 6-1, 220-lb inside linebacker previously committed to South Carolina State out of Atlanta's Westlake HS, brings FCS-level tackling grit and sideline-to-sideline speed that scouts love for special teams upside at bigger programs. No recent stats available post-2018, suggesting possible injury history or transfer limbo, but his intense motor and blue-collar intensity make him a culture-fit plug-and-play LB for teams needing depth. Why care? He's a diamond-in-the-rough differentiator who elevates practice reps—perfect for developmental rosters chasing playoff intensity.[4][5]
