Versatile 6'6" Guard with SoCon Experience and Upside
Puerto Rico native Leandro Allende is a 6'6" shooting guard/small forward who logged meaningful minutes at The Citadel during the 2017-18 season, averaging 3.9 points and 3.0 rebounds across 32 games with 18 starts. His numbers improved in conference play (4.3 PPG, 3.4 RPG), and he demonstrated shooting touch with a season-high 17 points on 8-of-10 shooting versus Florida Tech. While modest scoring output suggests a role player profile, Allende's size-to-position versatility and improved efficiency in conference competition indicate potential as a complementary wing who can contribute on both ends of the floor for a mid-major program.
