Autumn Childress brings elite rebounding and blue-collar edge to Longwood
Childress is a guard who has flashed rare glass-cleaning production for Longwood, including a D-I record-tying 18-rebound game, which signals a high-motor, physical style that can swing possessions. Her value goes beyond box scores: she brings toughness, intensity, and versatility that translate well to winning basketball, especially for teams that want guards who compete inside and impact effort areas. If you need a relentless, team-first player who can outwork bigger bodies and set a tone, she is a strong fit.
