McNeese pitcher Kadence Williams emerged as a reliable two-way staff anchor in 2025
Kadence Williams is a 5-foot-10 McNeese pitcher who quickly proved she can handle high-leverage innings, going 11-8 with a 3.25 ERA, 116.1 innings, three complete games, two saves, and 25 strikeouts while earning All-Louisiana honorable mention in 2025.[3][14] Her value goes beyond the line score: she works both as a starter and in relief, has shown resilience in close-game spots, and was especially effective down the stretch, winning six of her last 10 decisions.[3][14] If you need a composed, versatile arm with proven conference success, she fits the profile.
