Experienced HCU linebacker with a proven playmaking track record
Tyrell Stewart is a veteran Houston Christian linebacker who showed real splash-play ability in the 2018 season, posting 26 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, a forced fumble, and a pass breakup, with a career-high 7 tackles at Northwestern State. He brings the kind of downhill, disruptive energy coaches love: active hands, ball awareness, and a history of making momentum-swinging plays rather than just stacking routine stops. For a team, that means a defender who can fit into an aggressive, physical front and raise the intensity level. His listed size at HCU was 6'2", 205 pounds in 2018-2019.
