R.J. Cook brings compact, interior DL size and veteran experience to Robert Morris
R.J. Cook is a **redshirt senior defensive lineman** at Robert Morris listed at **5-11, 295**, which suggests an interior run-stopping profile built on leverage, low pad level, and toughness rather than pure length or flash. His value is likely tied to being a sturdy, physical presence in the middle of the defense — the kind of player who can occupy blockers and help stabilize the front. For a team needing a dependable, experienced DL with a power-oriented skill set, Cook looks like a practical fit, especially if you want effort, reliability, and trench strength over upside-driven measurables.
