Charles Jones brings proven scoring punch and veteran guard savvy to Portland State

Charles Jones entered Portland State as a high-motor, experienced guard with a real scoring résumé: in the 2017-18 season at College of Southern Idaho, he averaged 19.7 points, shot 48.6% from the field and 45.5% from three, and was named NJCAA Division I Player of the Year. Portland State also highlighted his energy, passion, and fit in a guard-driven system. His appeal is clear: shot-making, toughness, and a ready-made competitive edge. If a team needs a guard who can score, compete, and bring veteran juice, Jones is a strong fit.
