Nebraska’s Chris Jones looks like a steady, physical DB with upside
Chris Jones is a Nebraska defensive back whose game stands out more for reliability and physicality than flash; the big question is fit and current role, since available Nebraska roster info shows him on the Cornhuskers’ 2026 roster but not as a headline stat producer yet. He offers the kind of edge coaches usually like: steady, tough, and willing to do the dirty work, with enough size to compete in coverage and support the run. If you need a DB who can bring consistency, toughness, and developmental upside, he’s a name worth watching.
