Howard TE Phillip Dokes is a big-bodied redshirt target with TD upside
Phillip Dokes, a 6-foot-6 redshirt tight end for Howard, brings rare size and red-zone appeal, and in 2026 he has 3 catches for 29 yards and a touchdown, showing efficient short-area usage rather than high-volume production. His value is less about splashy stats and more about frame, catch radius, and mismatch potential against smaller defenders. He looks like a fit for teams wanting a developmental TE who can block, stretch the seam, and create in tight spaces—basically, the kind of guy who can quietly become very annoying to defend.
