Alex Faiivae brings upside as a long, versatile Utah State tight end prospect
Faiivae enters Utah State as a 2025 freshman TE with intriguing frame-and-athleticism upside at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, and his high school résumé hints at more than a cookie-cutter tight end: he piled up 2,310 all-purpose yards, 56 catches, and 32 touchdowns at Leone High, including 10 TDs as a senior. Utah State’s signing notes list him as a true tight-end prospect from American Samoa, and his versatility plus production suggest a player who can grow into a mismatch piece if he adds strength and polish. Great fit if you want developmental upside; less so if you need an instant-volume pass catcher.
