Power-Rushing BC Edge With Proven Backfield Production
Wyatt Ray made his mark at Boston College as a disruptive edge defender, finishing his BC career with 114 tackles, 17 sacks, and 11.5 tackles for loss in his final 2018 season, when he earned third-team All-ACC honors[7]. His calling card was straight-line juice off the edge, with the kind of burst and motor that showed up in splash plays—he once logged four sacks in a game against Wake Forest and three against Louisville[7]. If a team wants a high-effort pass rusher with a track record of production, Ray is an easy name to like.
