veteran Razorbacks tight end who adds reliability and blocking value
Blake Kern is a veteran Arkansas tight end who peaked as a reliable, do-everything complement in 2020-21, including 20 catches for 201 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2020 and 15 catches for 183 yards and 2 scores in 2021. His value goes beyond box scores: Arkansas notes he helped a run game that led all Power 5 teams in rushing in 2021, and his long college arc shows toughness, patience, and role flexibility. He is a fit for teams wanting an experienced, steady tight end who can contribute as a blocker, chain-mover, and situational pass catcher.[1][4]
