Rashira Bessard brings proven scoring punch to Grambling State
Bessard is the kind of wing/forward who can tilt a game with scoring and rebounding: in her Wichita State career she posted multiple 20-point nights, a 38-point career high, and repeatedly delivered double-doubles, showing she can carry offense and finish through contact. She’s valuable if you need a physical, high-usage scorer who can also help on the glass; the main question is fit in a system that can use her as an immediate featured option.
